Fast Weight Loss Diets
Fast Weight Loss Diets
Before I begin to describe what type diets you can go after, the real question that you might want to ask yourself is:
Is it worth it?
There is no question in my mind that you want to lose weight, in fact you reading this post certifies that you do, but the important thing is how you go about it?
Losing weight takes time and consistent effort from your side, it’s a process and it takes time, that’s why most of us never see any results..
We are looking for some fast solution to our weight problems, we all want a quick fix, now I know this because I have been there, and I have tried everything,( well not everything, I haven’t tried any harsh drugs for weight loss, although I did take some medication for some time but decided to to go without it, it’s a funny story so let’s save it for some other time)
Back to diets, dieting is indeed a great way to get in shape and lose unwanted fat but it must be done correctly. What I mean is each one of us have a different body , a different metabolic rate and a different way of dealing with stuff, a diet that works for somebody may not work for you, because its not suited to your needs.
The point is before you even start thinking about going on a diet for fast weight loss, you must first think in terms of what it could mean to your body.
For example diet requirement for a person who is a software engineer and sits in a chair from 9 to 5 while working on his computer is different from a person who works an 8 hour shift in a mine doing some heavy lifting , my point is that your diet plan needs to match the level of physical labor you do on a daily basis.
That’s the first point that you need to take care of, ask yourself how much physical work you do daily, are you active or passive, because that affects your diet plan, this is because an active person has a high BMR compared to a person who isn’t so an active person can eat more and not gain any weight whereas a passive person can diet all he want and still put on weight.
I hope this clears a lot of doubts about dieting, dieting alone will not solve your weight loss problems you need to address your physical state of being before opting a diet plan.

Fat Burning Diets
Fat burning diets
For most of us fat loss is a pain, one that we carry for so long a time we lose vision of why we were doing it in the first place, there are so many routes to take, should I go for weight loss by joining the gym, or should I go for a diet plan that Oprah recommends herself, the truth is there is no right path, all you can do is put consistent efforts in whatever method you choose to adapt for shedding off those extra kilos and stick to it.
But being knowledgeable doesn’t hurt either, its good to know what options we have, that helps make better and informed decisions, and we live in modern times, what better place to have access to an encyclopedia of information than right in front of your desk, in your computer, Internet has been in fact responsible for this age we call the age of information revolution.

Getting Rid Of Fat
Getting Rid Of Fat
Getting rid of fat is harder said than done to be honest, and it depends on what physical condition are you presently at and how much effort you are willing to put into it.
There are so many reasons why a person wants to get rid of fat in their body, the first and obvious is to look good, but nobody ever talks about how much being fat reflects on overall personality and self esteem of the person in question and I thought I would discuss a few motivators that just might push you over the edge.
In all honesty, I know how it feels, because I have spent my entire teenage life being a chubby kid, if not fat. It was really after I graduated from school that I really started to put on a lot of weight, once upon a time I used to be a good bathroom singer, and I tried to audition for the college band once, but was rejected not because I sang badly but I wasn’t in proper shape, and the band didn’t want one of their lead singers to be a fat guy.
It was a real let down as long as I can I remember, and I know it deeply disturbed me, it affected me so much that I totally gave up singing, depression can have that effect on people.
I have read so many horror stories about people trying to lose weight and so many about who successfully did lose weight and I realized there was one thing that was in common in all of them.
They all suffered from some sort of pain whether it was feeling inferior or feeling disgusted, they all had felt that at some point of time and I am sure you have as well.
But feeling low won’t do us any good would it?
So what’s the thing that’s been stopping you from the dream body that you want and actually deserve?
Actually there are two things that stop us, one is the fear of not being successful in our efforts, and to that I have to say, “its better to try and achieve something, than not to try anything and achieve nothing”
Seriously, I used to kid myself too many times about going to gym, which was practically next door to my house, I used to think: ” I’ll go from tomorrow”
And you know what, tomorrow never came..
So just get over yourself and start doing something
The next fear is the time factor, we are all calculative beings, the way we plan our weight loss is similar, this many pounds in these many days, and you know what it doesn’t work that way. The more you think about it, the more you’ll get distracted, honestly how many months or years did it take you put all that weight on?
Many! I think
So why do you expect to get rid of it in so less time, be honest and stop lying to yourself, then and only then you’ll truly begin seeing some real results.
Its OK..
Make a commitment to yourself and stick to it, that’s how it is done…
Get REAL
Till next time
